The ShiftstonedEternal Power Calculator is a deck-building tool that visualizes your odds of drawing enough Influence and Power based specifically on the cards found in your deck.
in my mind, the only way to really abuse inspire is through both nightfall and marketplace
that is, putting desirable units for inspiration in your market as opposed to the usual silver bullets/tools
the 'creation' cards don't seem to be the right path to me in my mind. especially since you have to end up lowering the density of creatures in your deck. i wouldn't expect to inspire more than one or two units before the inspire-er card Amaran Armadillo etc. are delt with.
Blackhall Warleader is a pretty sweet one to build around, and it makes me wonder if there isn't a feln berserk nightfall/unblockable variant with recursion that might not try to abuse this.
yeah i gotcha. i'm still relatively new to this game (~1 month) so i'm still exploring cards, interactions, and mechanics. not at all new to tcg/ccg by almost 2 decades though. enjoying the gameplay on this one a lot though.
i have a Katra, the Devoted lifegain gauntlet deck and have been exploring various options of that. My current fun-time build with that is with primal splashed in for amaran camel and other draw effects. really dig it. been doing moderately well in ranked also, but i was in gold II before rollover, so not exactly a good measurement.
I do appreciate your input. i can see how those specific inspire cards are quite good in those situations.
as far as "creation cards," what are you referring to there? the wurmcalling? this whole road im going down started with a draft deck that had that and quite a few inspire cards, as well as initiation bell. i really liked the interactions of the bell with inspire cards. it allowed me to play removal and still keep a steady flow of units on the field. this/these are my attempts to put that concept into constructed. i do think the wurmcalling is a bit underwhelming and i doubt it'll make any of my final versions for variants on this type of deck. i'm still toying around with the bell, but i may try to do a different sort of build with some kind of variant of a control deck with that bell in it. idk. i'll keep cranking theoretical decks out on here until i find one that i think will work. honestly, i dont even have most of the legendaries and only some of the rares that i am working with on this/these list(s), so the theoretical versus actual on here has got a pretty decent gap. i'd rather have a shell of a deck irl and build the theoretical on here so i dont waste a ton of shiftstones on cards i dont need. well look at me going on some rants now. haha.
feel free to pop by and give feedback on other decks that i put out. definitely helps. i appreciate it.

and yea, i think it's important to consider what the desired effect of your inspiration is. in the past, Kyrex Coach Driver has been used to turn units into deadly gattling guns, Alhed, Mount Breaker has been used to make your killers like Predatory Carnosaur go over the top and Xenan Lifespeaker's best application was in a gauntlet grinding deck.
im kind of rambling but hopefully there was something to get out of this
