I can't speak for SooNo, but I always assumed it was BOOberi because it was published one day before Halloween and the deck features Shadow which is most associated with fear and haunting (hence why "boo" makes so much sense in the name for an FJS deck). Alternatively SooNo just wanted an excuse to put "boob" in a deck title.
