first of all, sorry for my english, is not my mother language;

this is my favorite kind of deck, the strategize is simple, survice until you can pump mask with camel, and choose one finisher, between katra, hooru, or tormentor, but usually when combo go off, people surrend.

need help with mana base, and for the solidity of the deck, any help and suggest are appreciate!

if i were you i'd change Vital Arcana and Katra with Trail Blaze and Ancient Lore.
and i'd also remove one of each power with scout and add Diplomatic Seal and you might wanna add Seek Power or Find Way to draw sigil of your choice

Imo you already have powerful finishers so katra would be overkill.
i'd only use it as a bait to get rid of removals or silences.
