1) You do realize that Torch is in Expedition, right? I'd take out the Blitzstone and put in the best burn spell in Eternal.
2) Why do you have Stonescar Blueprints in a deck whose curve tops off at 3? Definitely take these out ... instead, I'd recommend Call The Hit, which is both removal and mana fixing if you need it.
3) I don't think you need Bullseye. Instead, you could play Oni Inciter, which is another excellent card.
Of course, if someone actually plays some of the many sweepers available, this could be more challenging ...
