Praxis Eclipse

This list is aggresive, but it has some reaction potential. I had the tribute Gnash in instead of dragon forge. The forge can only get a teething whelp or eclipse dragon, and it can be a tempo loss until you drop a humbug nest off of eclipse dragon.
