Jotun Feast-Cleaver

A re-worked version of Neon's TPS Midrange list from this article:

This version mostly cuts back on the Shadow splash and leans harder into Primal with 4 Hailstorms, 4 Feast-Callers (replacing Black Sky Harbingers) and 4 Torgovs (replacing Rindra). Also, I wanted to try out Derry Cathain, since it's an early play that survives Hailstorm and blanks opposing Teachers of Humility, but it's possible that a different early play or more top-end would be better choices. Finally, there's a good chance Temple Standard is way too cute, but seemed too fun to not try anyways.
