I probably wouldn't. Milos is just really really good. Cozin can be backbreaking when you run out dragon after dragon afterward, sure, but she also has a lot of varied value (supplying a trove to market away for something useful, sneaking in a free dragon a turn before they expect it with Touch of Force, making enemy attacks really awkward because they don't want to mastery her, etc.) Plus she doesn't die to all the standard cheap fire burn, which most of the cheap fire units do. You could maybe run markmaker, I guess, or go up to 4 for something.
