You don't need to draw into cards when your starting hand wins on turn 6.
You will effectively always get the Vargo + Palace combo, and almost always curve out, so mull aggressively for action.
50 power decks aren't supposed to have a positive winrate, but this one carried me through diamond 25-5.
I beat a double ponysnatcher start and then makto by playing vargo, sheltering rider, palace and harsh rule.
I beat winchest by going winchest merchant, get backup vargo, vargo, vargo, concession.
because the combo happens only at turn 6 (at best), and a lot of things can go wrong against aggressive decks,
and vargo dies to a lot of things too from control decks.
maybe I play it wrong, but seriously there's not a whole lot of decisions to take here anyway given there's only one plan.
Im 5-2 after five more games, losing to a Hojan deck that forced me to block with Vargo and a Jennev deck with all removal spells for vargo.
Aggro is rarely a serious contender in masters. Those that are concerned about it haven't hit masters yet. I played a deck with 4 torch, 3 perma, 3 defiance, 4 hailstorm, 4 vanq, 8 smugglers, 4 Rizahn, 4 xo to get through the D1 slog of rakano this month.
and baby vara is annoying too.
also I only realized that harsh rule does not kill vargo.
Edit: better in ranked (silver/gold), but added hailstorm to add more aggro defence, and 50 power is a bit overkill
