People were saying mono time couldn't be beaten on a budget. Here's my response in the form of deadly chalice. Feel free to replace the power base as you see fit, I just like the value i get from crests and waystones.
The main combos are:
Placing venomfang dagger on stormcaller for deadly pings every turn.
Icebow on any deadly unit for a deadly ping.
Dragonbreath a deadly unit for a deadly ping.
Disjunction any weapon to be used again, including healer's cloak on a buffed lumen defender for repeated healing.
Icebow a teacher of humility for instant infiltrate.
Replacement cards or additions:
Ripknife assasin can replace torrential downpour if you're facing more big time and less of aggro/unit light control.
Steward of the Past replaces Solitude if you're running into lots of dawnwalkers, haunting scream, or revenge decks.
All of the Kerendon merchants can be replaced with venomfang daggers if you want to persue the dream of deadly stormcaller.
Worldjoiner in the market(replacing solitude) can be used as a very flashy closer once you've broken a monotime deck's momentum.
As for viability; this is one of the decks I ran as I was racing to masters league this month and beat ~90% of the time decks I faced along the way. Placed rank 104. It looks janky, but it does its job well. Only use in unit heavy metas. You will die horribly against armory, skycraggro, and unitless control if solitude dosnt hit just right.
