Less reliable market access compared to Green Go Brrr is compensated by more good-stuff units, less reliability on combat tricks and relatively brain-dead piloting.
Powerbase could probably be improved, as well as using promo cards that I don't own.
Be careful with Orene's Scepter, its a good card against control/removal decks, but it's pure bait in other situations and you shouldn't market for it unless you have a good reason.
