Excellent list! I just went 7-0 beating Mindless Aggression (all units have Charge) at their own game. It looked for a while like I was getting power flooded a bit but I Marketed for Statuary Maiden and ended up getting a bunch of Cudgels to slap onto the Merchant to force through damage, and then finally topdecked an 11/11 Champion of Chaos (got a bunch of Warcries from my Oni Ronin and Ripknife Assassin.) It was glorious fun.

yeah, I went 7-0 in my first gauntlet, but did 4 in a row 3-1 and made a bunch of changes to the deck. I haven't updated the list yet, but I basically dropped the 1 drops completely and went for some more removal, 2 discard spells and new Vara because Aegis units were killing me. I've also tweaked the power a bit more. It's more consistent now, I've done a two 7-0 since and when I do bow out early, it's around 5 or 6 wins. I'm not sure if I need to update this list or create a new one yet, as I think the new one skews more to being midrange, rather than aggro. Let me know if this list continues to work for you

I actually was going to comment specifically about how valuable I think Little Vara is in Gauntlet but I also think any deck running 4x Bandit Queen and 3x Vicious Highwayman is going straight for the throat and there's nothing wrong with that approach if that's what you want to do. But I certainly think you're on the right track as far as adding consistency. I'll look forward to seeing your updated list!
