Information

A variation of the Howling Peak decks that plays both Jotun Feast-Caller and West-Wind Herald, and splashes shadow for removal, Quarry, and a single Dizo's Office

The main thing for playing the deck is that you want to play turn-5 Aegis Unit and turn-6 Howling Peak as often as possible, so think about how to sequence card draw, merchants, and power to get to a position where you can do so.

I haven't been following the most-recent meta too closely, but the idea of the deck is probably still good and it's just a matter of tuning the removal and threats. Permafrost, Honor of Claws, Desecrate, Gustrider, and Skycrag / Feln Smuggler are worth considering. It would probably also be worth picking a color to focus on in order to be able to play Rost or one of the other monocolor units.

I know this not designed to be for Gauntlet, but I surprisingly went 7-0 twice running this deck, just getting a feel for the lines of play and sequencing. It's abit like sipping Chamomile tea on Gauntlet, very relaxing :)

West-Wind Herald has aegis, Vara dies to Vanquish and Avigraft. It's a pretty big deal to have a unit in play when you play Howling Peak.
