I like the list, with a few exceptions. I think that Svetaya is just better than shelter wing. If you are playing against any shadow deck shelter wing is just an 0/5 flyer if they play vara. Second I'm not that big of a fan of kothon, just doesn't feel strong atm. I ended up making these changes

Overall a solid list, the market changes are just preference for me I like having access to a more proactive removal spell like Xenan Initiation over Scorpion Wasp, and I've been seeing a lot of permafrost flying around so evolution was just a nod to those decks.

The market is definitely a work in progress, I took out Scorpion Wasp for a Stand Together since I was running into a lot of aggro. Your choices sound like good ones.

Vara is very much the Kryptonite for this deck, our counters are Equivocate and Vanquisher's Blade. Vanquisher's blade also makes Dark Return/FJS Display unable to call her back. Honestly I've even considered Avigraft to help deal with her.
