Chalice Dredger

I created this deck initially to pair two of my favorite cards, Memory Dredger and Crystalline Chalice. These are both very powerful cards that have spawned their own archetypes, and have powerful synergy together as well.

I find that most games that I can survive into turns 5-7 I win. I am looking for suggestions for the power-base, as well as whether I should tighten up the units so that I get more consistency over tool-boxiness, or just what everyone thinks. I trimmed Harsh Rule down to two, but have thought often about adding a third, or maybe Leave a Witness.
