Another one I've been playing with. Very very fun, but has some speed issues.

Uxu takes advantage of Wisps' proclivity for lots of trading and graveyard recursion. As Wisps tend to make for grindy games, you will see Uxu fairly often and he will be your closer. If he shows up early, market his ass. The blue splash is also used to play Honor of Claws, which has been excellent for triggering Tribute while refilling the gas tank.

The rest is a standard Wisp shell. I like the 1-of Shadowlands Tyrant for fetching with Mitotic Wisp and you will too.

Ubsat has overperformed while Tasbu has sadly underperformed. SSSSS has been hard to hit consistently. I'm currently testing with Forbidden Research to help shore up the Shadow influence, but that might bring its own problems with the PP requirement.

I think reliably casting tasbu on time would require a powerbase rework that would make ubsat and twinned spiteling much worse, he probably isn't worth the trouble. I might run azindel in that spot if you really want it to be a tutor-able radiant for grinding.
