Elites and Bailiffs are 2 of the best Minotaurs you can run, there's absolutely no reason why they shouldn't be in here over Ambassador, Sentry, Grunts. You're also losing out on a lot of the stronger weapons in Bloodletters and Runehammers. Runehammer off Tavrod is just dumb.
