Based on LostInDaSpace's Master Gauntlet Farming Hooru Fliers!. It is a pretty consistent Hooru deck and works well at clearing Master Gauntlets.

I made the market rely on Winchest Merchant only rather than a Blue/Green split. As tempting as Scourge of Frosthome in the market is, the game usually is finished before I'm close to 10 power. Dusk Raider and Spiritward Shaman keep your weaker fliers relevant, and if you can get Champion of Order out with extra skills he snowballs faster.
