replaced Praxis Vow with Xenan Banner for more consistent dual influence (particularly Shadow) with low power hands, as getting stuck with only Time influence is no fun. A few games saved by timely topdeck, many games saved by Exploit scrying and knowledge of AI behavior

Last market card can be a wildcard, the original list used The Speaking Circle but I never had to use it

Budget version (~18k stone): remove Cylixes and replace Send an Agent with sideboard options
