I'm surprised that you leave Rolant's Favor in the market, the card has been really good for me as a way to curve into Sword of Icaria.
I have been trying Talon of Nostrix in my own market, for those games where you don't have any weapons.

I've also tried Short Sword as a 2 cost weapon and it's been nice at tanking aggro decks, the additional armor it provides is good. I need to pay more games to see what's jank and what's real.

I removed talon of nostrix and replaced it with lay siege, it was a mistake. Rolan favour is what I go fetch 90% of the time but I don't want to play 4 of it main deck.

Cool deck, been having fun with it. How critical is the Treasury Gate, I didn't have any so I just added a jade horn and another Hammer. Also, Why is Lay siege in the market?

Treasury gate comes alive mid - late game when you're starting to have 5-6 mana and rebuy weapons. Games might go out of hand if you don't stabilize the board. Of course about playing this on turn 3 if you can avoid it.
