strategize + camel seemed like the most broken part of headgear but hailstorm is probably much more realistic i suppose

I think we need to heed the lessons of the past as to why certain cards fell into disuse to begin with. Just because we have a potential payoff (if we draw it) doesn't mean we warp the deck around a card we may not draw, or that may get dealt with immediately.
