The classic faction for abusing the gauntlet AI. Savior of the Meek is here to chump block, eat torches and other removal, enable our banners on turn 1, and act as market fodder. Lots of finest hour and crownwatch standard to blowout the opponent and enable our renown units. The powerbase should be fine (even overzealous, but powerscrew is the worst bit of gauntlet). Imagine every 2 pledge units as having the effect of a seek power on your opening hand, adding up to 31 total sigil sources for the deck.
Recent Updates:
The change to Winchest Merchant makes it far better than the smuggler. We put in a small curse theme with restrained action, parul's choice, archgryffyn patriarch, and forbidden-rider outcast
Budget Considerations:
2 drops:
Stormtamer Operative,
Eager Owlet
3 drops:
Copperhall Bailiff,
Hooru Pacifier,
Ice Sprite
4 drops:
Shelterwing Rider
Jotun Hurler instead of Savior of the Meek
Any of the above instead of Palace. If you're looking to put the campaign cards together for this deck, do Homecoming followed by Dead Reckoning, which also gets you
Hooru Pacifier.
And it is fun to play, so that's good.
