Safe Return does a lot of work in this deck because of the amount of units with Summon abilities, works well with Xenan Initiation too. Desert Marshall is your best Safe Return target.

Stand Together + Tranquil Scholar + Xenan Initiation will make sure most of your flying units fulfill the trigger requirements for Commando.
