You can't really mess with the core of the deck, so the main thing getting swapped is removal.
You've got to target what you're seeing on ladder.
Note that I wouldn't advise you to play this deck if TJP Midrange is everywhere, it's not a very good match-up.
However, if time aggro/Midrange comes back (tops at 6 carnosaur / ascendant), I would mainly bring in Annihilate and more Vanquish. And take out the bring down, then.
More Makto is a consideration. I tried it at first to get something interesting with Svetya. If you feel like you need some more long game value, go for it.
The main thing to consider is Observer. In my opinion, it is not a good card on ladder right now. You don't want to give more card draw (via nightfall) to AP mid or TJP mid. However, it shines against an Enforcer/marshal/purify heavy meta, since you get not to expose your fanatics.
Sorry if the answer is a bit underwhelming, but this is a deck I've climbed to Master with multiple times (obviously without Svetya, though ;) ), and was certainly not built as a tournament deck.
If you need anything else, don't hesitate to ask :)
But imo, she's in the same position as Magus, these days : More of a problem than a solution, on ladder. You never want to draw her, except in specific match-ups. Hence her being in the sideboard, and coming in against Enforcers/Marshals/purify.
Since you don't have it, you can try other removal cards. And the one you end up getting depends on what you're battling against on ladder.
See a lot of token list (Praxis for example), you can go with storm, then.
But if you see a lot of TJP mid, AP mid, and pretty much anything else, storm is just plain bad and will kill your dudes but not the other ones.
In that case, I'd go for one more Harsh Rule, for sure, and probably +2 Vanquish, +1 Bring Down.
It's useful to note that if you face a lot of time decks with big mono color units (Behemoth, titan, Ascendant), Annihilate is still an option and allows you to get the fanatic through.
And once you get Dead Reckoning, you know what to do ;)
