[Budget] Even Darker

An even mono shadow deck which includes several new cards. Mainly for testing purposes, but performs pretty decently at the moment. Could be tweaked around, but provides a decent and highly reactive baseline.

If the game goes on for too long, Silverblade Menace and Pale Rider's Timepiece are generally the main finishers.
