Market:
This deck primarily focuses on
Wasteland Broker and you can get
Polymorph if you are playing against a deck with card buffs,
Innate Conviction if you want to have spot removal and are slightly ahead,
Linrei's Stranger if you're playing against a control deck and there's not really pressure on you. Mainly, these three cards are the ones that you should focus on getting from your market.
Eilyn, Fearless is nice if you are playing against an opponent and there's a board stall and you want to draw more cards. I haven't really used
Kenna, Shaman of the Scale but I have included her in the market just because I couldn't figure which other card to put in. The 4th and 5th slots are very interchangeable, really!
This deck doesn't just rely on the
Wasteland Broker to win, but the Broker is very versatile in getting you the right card that you want based on what you're playing against.
Maindeck:
The deck is very focused on card draw and cards like
Eilyn's Favor and
Seek Power help to thin out your deck.
Lightning Strike and
Biting Winds help to keep you alive as you remove threats from the field.
Bottled Storm is there so that you can ping units with 1 health/get rid of regen (not that there's much in the gauntlet anyhow). It also helps to give card advantage once you use it's ability three times. If you save up power before using Bottled Storm, you can even get rid of something with 2 or 3 health, or you can be creative and attack and then get rid of something after it blocks one of your units.
Acquisitive Crow helps you generate card advantage and
Ice Sprite is there for soft removal, as well as
Permafrost.
Eilyn's Sanctum should ideally be played after you have attacked, mainly to create a 2/2 flyer. This is unbelievably good against opponents with large hands/a lot of card draw (i.e. nightfall). If you have the relic on the field and can afford to pay 7 while the opponent has more than 3 cards in hand, this card is a powerhouse and it's usually the right thing to do in that case.
Highsky Lookout works very well as there are tons of flyers and since this deck is Tempo Control, you more than likely will be able to afford sacrificing it's shade for an extra card as well.
Windshaper is good for the flyers in general, but she can also serve as a blocker.
Primal Incarnation can either be a blocker for the opponent's flying units, or it can deliver huge damage to them if untreated. I've included 2 copies of
Helio, the Skywinder mainly because the card draw is so good and she helps to round the deck out.
