Still works. I know, I know. We're tired of it. What can you do?

For the uninitiated: ramp, Recruit, then finish with Rapid Development.

You'll probably win 75% of your matchups without putting in any effort. Weak against spell control, aggro, and any deck that can throw a wrench in your setup plans. Mulligan for at least 3 power and at least one 1-cost unit.

Only extra spice with my version is using 4 x Riva and 4 x Exodus (good way to get around stun too).

Thanks a lot mate! The deck got me to master for the first time with a pretty absurd winrate, as advertised.

I definitely agree with riva, it's great against aggro and fellow ramp. Exodus came in clutch a few times, and when I was flooded I doubt any other card played instead of it would have made enough of a difference.

Congrats!

Congrats on masters. We've learned in the past that trail scourge is absolutely mandatory in the market to have a chance against aggro.
Also u've left out kairos too. Any reasoning behind it?

Not strongly against either, but it's more of a "theory vs practice" situation.

In theory, they both make sense. In practice, I tried out both (and other popular Praxxis choices), but things didn't work out as expected.

For example, Trail Scourge hurts all my low-cost ramp units. A common winning play is Rapid D + a single Wasp + a bunch of low cost units.

Hence, I turned to cheap single target removal with Torch and Nighter instead. With them I can ramp while playing removal.

Kairos is great, but he's often a "win more" card. If I have enough Power to play him, I can keep him alive, and I can summon a bunch of units after playing him... I'm probably already winning.

All that being said, they could both certainly find a home in the Market. Rapid Development is the only essential card there.
