Very similar to an Elysian Midrange deck, but with some important differences that really help give it an edge.
Display of Knowledge's role as a tempo card is really maximized here, allowing your big units to safely attack into Deadly blockers or larger threats. Crucially,
Dark Return gives you a very strong late-game in rebuying your Killer units, specifically an amped-up
Jotun Feast-Caller.
Vara's Choice is a flex slot, but I do believe it to be well positioned in the current meta. Getting to rip an early Smuggler out of Winchest's hand disrupts their late-game, and the flexibility of the card makes it appealing. It's also another card to clear the way for your attackers, which is maximized nicely with
Dusk Raider giving Berserk.
I don't think the merchant/smuggler line-up is optimal yet, and I consider there to be a lot of work to do there.
There is a world where
Cirso's Cleaver finds its way into the main deck, although
Disjunction functions as a second copy from your market. The 8 power dorks, along with a pretty smooth power base, let you hit your fatties early. The deck is really fun to pilot, and can hold its own well on ladder.
