I made this deck to get Diogo up to 11, scrapped together from an old praxis brenn list I had, with new op op cards, havent amped to 11 yet but had a lot of fun

Edit1: I Amped up to 13, this deck is glorious but died a lot to last day rush to Master rank Rakano decks, I switched Hailstorms to maindeck, removed 1 Strat 1 Wisdom and 1 Moment, all of which often become a dead card in my hand

Added 1 Sudden Schism to end of turn copy a surprise threat, works especially well with a ramped up Brenn :)
