It looks like everyone has been busy making Omniscience decks. It's only one card in the market and easy to miss, but is basically the driving force behind the entire deck.
I started when Omni was released and used versions of this deck to go from Silver to Masters for the season. Needless to say, with a slightly positive win %. I think the idea behind how to maximize Omni is relatively straightforward. Keep as low a curve as possible, never care about card advantage, instead lean into 1:1 or worse trades, trying to push for an advantage early. Then land an Omni when you are "ahead on board, but low on cards".
I think that a small splash is somewhat free in the mono Primal decks, and is worth exploring, rather than arbitrarily sticking with a single faction. I thought fire would be an interesting angle to try in a Jarrall base for the deck, because it gave a way to accelerate Omni with cards that are complementary to Augur and Jarrall. (Augur being a later addition, after being pointed out by Elspeth)
- Tota Pioneer is a stand out card, able to provide value on both players' turns, accelerate Omni, push through a lot of damage.
- Gareth's Advice was just something I've been wanting to put in a deck, and this one felt like it made sense. Works well with augur and jarrall. Even though it is "expensive" from an Omni perspective at 3cc, it basically counts as a 1 drop.
The deck has a lot of very satisfying value lines and tempo-y goodness. I am confident that there are improvements to be made, but the current shell is quite sound, so I wouldn't rush to make giant changes. I am also confident there are other splashes for the Jarrall shell blue deck as well as others that can fully utilize Omni, but it requires a complete rebuild of those decks.
Edit:
Made some updates to the deck. Lowered the curve a bit more and added another synergy piece in seedteneder. It just seems to fit nearly into the deck, with very minimal shifting of cards.
Bore for another card that works with pioneer and also deals with a lot of problem cards that are being played. I feel like there is some room for improvement in the shifting numbers and in the market.
Edit 2:
A couple of Market updates -
The copy spell was being grabbed late enough that it makes sense to replace it with a more expensive and better copy spell.
Heavy hail to replace lightning storm, as it can hit for 2 as well and leave most of our units out of range. Or clear out some larger units. Again the extra cost has not been too relevant.
