Albon's Decree

Slightly more updated version of ALBON'S DECREE, now with less Royal Decree!

I had to cut royal decree from the main deck and stick it in the market for the exact same reason you do it too! Tempo Loss. Maybe I have the terms wrong, but idc. If I have it in my hand, I am suddenly less likely to have drawn a unit that can either activate the onslaught or do damage (the thing that helps you win matches)

Now the deck is loaded with damage! And I'm actually starting to get a few wins here and there! :D

On to what the deck actually does do! It pushes damage via overwhelm quickly while keeping the enemy hand potentially expensive. Getting a Dawnwalker out early is excellent to activate Albon Roa, of the Order. Dusk Raider and Jennev Merchant are good contenders as well, but they die to most threats. Swinging with your other early units is usually better since you can get better trades and not lose long term value on Dusk Raider

You want to give Dawnwalker his favorite boosty boost Xenan Initiation. Statuary Maiden is nerfed. Now we can have Dawnwalkers with killer. Plus, look at all those cards that reactivate him :D! Btw, killer attacks activate onslaught.

Then towards the end of the ramp are your game winners. Huge Threats. Alhed, Mount Breaker (plz activate his ult on dawnwalker, or Cirso, or Gnash). He gets murdered ASAP by your opponent, but that just means you still have Cirso, the Great Glutton, another good friend of Xenan Initation. Not sure if I'm going to keep 4 of Sodi, Wingbreaker, but the overwhelm in this deck gives you plenty of chances to see if you would like to keep her on board. Then there is Gnash, Desert Prince to hek up all those Valks.

Power. Amber Monument is your first power drop if it's in your opening hand. You want to focus on getting 4 time influence to get [card]Dawnwalker[/card] recursions early. [card]Cobalt Waystone[/card] has saved my life more than once. Don't be afraid to send good cards to the bottom of the deck with [card]Crest of Wisdom[/card] if you can't cast them soon. The deck is pretty midrange, so you want to close out before someone hits you with monster late game control cards.

Another things worth considering Royal Decree is a dangerous card in the market. It can win you the game sometimes, but It could also guarantee your opponent will get an Icaria. Plus we're already running 3 Ice Bolt. Don't help them win more than these cards already will.
