This deck does pretty well... But more than anything, it's FUN.
Usually it tries to moderately-control the opponent, and hold out long enough to get the Iceberg Scattershot to make the deck explode into a win pretty quickly usually.
Iceberg Scattershot It's also got a nice little combo thrown in there with the Iceberg Scattershot, West-Wind Herald, and Mirror Image. When the combo happens, it either results in an instant win, or people concede as soon as they recognize what's going on.
