Sick and tired of playing against the same old Spire decks that everyone and their mother seems to be playing? Sick of hunt decks, Patrice, and all the recruit shenanigans? Well, then do I have the deck for you! This pile of junk may not look like much but it is NOT to be underestimated. This trash heap just went 28 wins and 8 losses to take me to Masters. On a side note, this deck has taken me to masters many other times as well. It is one of the fastest aggro decks that I’ve ever seen and it absolutely wrecks in the current meta. Most other aggro decks simply cannot keep up with it and it’s far too fast for the spire / recruit decks. Usually winning before they can even play any of their “spired” units.

The game plan is straight forward and simple. Go wide with lots of grenadin and keep attacking until your opponent is dead. Coalscrounger and dissassembler have great synergy with all the grenadin that we run. Arcanum Moniter is a beast in this deck! Pumping your other units and itself. Use rally, fire conjuring, and Talir’s Choice to pump your units for massage damage. Don’t be afraid to lose a grenadin or two when attacking, provided that you have a way to create more. Getting damage through is most important! If you anticipate that your board is about to be wiped, try to hold back something to refill your board (assembly line or grenadin drone). Also try to have a dissassembler in play. He’ll deal face damage for each grenadin that dies. Additionally, although it’s not ideal, Talir’s Choice can be used to help refill the board. Torch and Sol’s Fury are great utilities. They can take care of pesky blockers or go face to push through that last few damage. Granite Waystone, Emblem of Shavka, and Broken Contract give us more units! You almost never need more than 4 maximum power so don’t be afraid to decimate an emblem once you’re there.

Do not keep hands without any 1 or 2 drops. 1 drops are ideal of course but you can get by with a 2 drop, especially if you go first. Also, do NOT use your units to block, unless it’s absolutely necessary. If they try to out-aggro you, they will regret it! In my experience, this deck will win just about any aggro race.

I experimented with a market but ultimately determined that it’s not worth it because it’s just too slow. You should mostly be winning before a market card is even necessary.

That’s all for now. Have fun smashing face!

Thanks for sharing. I am new to aggro decks and this one is very effective.

You're welcome. I'm glad you like it!

So, I'm going to chime in here. I'm not a fan of aggro decks for the most part, because if you don't get the perfect opening hand (1 cost turn 1; 2 cost turn 2; etc.) it just goes south.

That having been said this deck is very reasonably solid. I want to say it plays too many boosters (+2/+0 to all creatures), but I'm not going to say that, because it is PIVITOL that you get it.

This is what aggro is supposed to be at its core, and, not only that, its draws are mostly always pretty sound.

The only caveat I would add here is that if you're not sure you can go wide on your opening hand, you really don't want to keep it. You can draw into a rally or the like, but you can't draw into going wide later.

This is a really solid effort, and a really solid deck.

Sometimes the simplest method is the most effective.

It's not the best deck by any stretch of the imagination, but it's more stable with decent draws than just about any other aggro deck I can imagine.

P.S. Sol's Fury caps games. When you almost get there, but you know your opponent can't win next turn, you just "untap" and win.

Turbo Fog type decks probably will kick the shit out of this one, but who plays that?

Thanks for the input. Aside from "not liking aggro decks," I completely agree with what you said. Aggro isn't my favorite either but I believe there is a time and place for all kinds of decks and I do enjoy playing aggro from time to time, especially when the meta calls for it. In any case, you most definitely want to be keeping hands that allow you to put lots of units on the board. It is absolutely necessary! I just assumed that was sort of common sense with a deck like this, which is why I didn't bother mentioning it in my description. Lastly, this is most certainly not the "best" deck out there and I would never claim it to be. It is quite literally just a pile of junk lol but it is fun!

Sure thing. Have fun!

Awesome and straight forward aggro deck. Play units. Attack with said units. Win. That simple. Great job!

Thanks. It’s quite literally a trash heap but it is fun. The games are generally over before your opponent even knew what hit them.
