Can this work without frosty the scourge man?

I'm guessing that he's the finisher? I'm hesitant to craft him so close to set release.

More importantly, is the decision to craft a play set of Kairos when I only have 70,000 shiftstone... tempting!

You can definitely play the list without scourge, but it won't be as good. Scourge is really important for the control mirror, and also very useful for keeping aggro decks from burning you out in a long game. Scourge is a pretty safe craft if you like control decks, it sees a lot of play as a market finisher,

I definitely have some new expedition decks I've been working on, though I may save the best of the best for the next tournament :^)
I happen to think that both eloz and eremot aren't playable, so no can do on that front xd

Well I guess That's why your a deck making master and I'm not (though I've got a good mono shadow Gauntlet deck, a fun Minotaur equalizer deck, and a Ixtun pressure deck!)

Seems like expedition is the new big thing. This because torch , harsh rule, titan, etc aren't allowed, opening up the meta? That's how I figure it anyway.

Would love to see more decks from you even if you save the best for tourney!

P.S. any obvious safe crafts you can name? Got 66k stone and hesitate to spend any until I know it'll see play!

Crafting a 1 of frosthome isn't that bad since it's a unique card that has never been replicated so far and will likely always see fringe play unless they make another "can't cast spells" card that is better, since you are playing him for his text not the body.
