Here's my first try on building a deck: a Hooru control deck.

First of all, I am no master deckbuilder (nor am I a master player). I was just trying to build a deck to include the new promo card (Kosul Brigade), and this is what I came up with. There's many cards that I haven't included (like Kothon), because I do not own them. That being said, I feel that this deck has some potential, although I'm sure that it can be improved.
