This is the deck I've used to get to masters from diamond II yesterday.

It's almost entirely adopted from the main board and sideboard of the tournament deck by Farodsbro, so all credit goes to him

It's a deck that get the job done against any matchup and I was able to get a 10 ranked win streak with it. In a meta that is slow with few sweepers this type of aggro deck is excellent

The plan is simple: get creatures on the board asap, attack and warcry a little, overextend if you don't see primal.

Push the damage through with combat tricks and cinder yeti and hasty creatures, finish the job with burn.

Smart aggro players don't just attack every turn. You have to gauge the situation, when to hold back, how much life you have left compared to your opponent and when to attack and burn. Good luck!
