This deck is built around a new addition to the Expedition format, one of my favorite cards to come out this year, Blitrok, Linrei's Listener. Pairing her up with Touch of Battle, she turns into a one-Listener wrecking crew. There are a handful of other cards in the deck that benefit from Touch of Battle, such as Crystallize and Torrent of Filth.

The deck struggles a little, seeing as Touch of Battle is the only card in the format capable of granting a unit deadly. I'm open to suggestions in that area. However, there are enough tempo plays in the deck to keep you chugging along until you find your win, such as Display of Knowledge, Feeding Time, Rindra's Choice, and in a pinch, a non-deadly Crystallize.

Second draft:

Testing with Withering Witch. If you can't get deadly, making everything have only 1 health is just as well for Blitrok, Linrei's Listener and Crystallize.

Third draft:

Exchanged Wrath of Caiphus for Desert Alchemist. Should help the early game presence.
