You can go for Staff of Stories agains control on ladder as a win-con (you can also repleace the Staff with an AGift if you face control a lot), fetch the Eilyn's Favor against an aggro deck after you stabilize to prevent them for burning you, but the main point of Celestial Omen is to bring a Makto with destiny from your deck at instant speed + draw a card.
