Information

A random deck I whipped up that some how is doing very well in my gauntlet runs, I am currently on a 5 gauntlet streak and which might not be that high to some but is pretty good for me.

This deck is very versatile and can answer pretty much anything gauntlet can throw at you

Combrei Blueprints is there for fixing and because its very possible to end up with 3 slow power having some blueprints can give you your full power on turns where you need it. The relic is also helpful to apply to your wasps/ascendants to smash through chump blockers.

Logistics expert is there for ramp and as a ramp payoff card. its one of the few 5 drops you'd actually want to play as a 5 drop and it gets you closer to your big pay off cards.

Desert Alchemists help a lot with aggro and fatties. Killing an attacker without worrying about their removal does a lot to keep you alive for that turn or so longer while you ramp. Her plunder effect is also instrumental for avoiding power screw.

Desert Marshal Another great anti aggro card that can trade with a low drop and silence a problem card. It acts as flier removal and is just a general answer to gauntlet bullshit cards.

Auralian merchant Your market access and more ramp.

Combrei adept More ramp but also grabs a power for you on summon. This does a lot to find power when you mulligan into a 2 power hand. With your inscribes, plunders and blueprints you can typically get to 3 power pretty easily and adept will get you to 4 even if she gets removed. She is also doubly helpful later into the game to find more power after wasps have removed most of your power from the top of your deck.

Valkryie enforcer More silence and acts as a blocker for fliers which this deck can have a problem with.

Dunehill clan This card might seem like an odd inclusion but its actually amazing. While sandstorm titan flat out beats it as a 4 drop you have to look past it's merits as exclusively a 4 drop. Its a ramp pay off card, dropping 2 or even 3 of these will make your board terrifying. It combos with Auralian merchant to keep advantage while still getting access to your market. And most importantly it doesn't disable your wasps from flying allowing them to 3 turn kill your opponent. This does make the deck noticeably weaker against fliers. a 5/5 body is still amazing against aggro though it does lose some key matchups because of the loss of 1 toughness.

Saber-tooth prideleader Kills relic weapons, heals you, deals with aggro. 3/5 body eats up most aggro cards and when it hits the board it will stem most aggression by killing an attacker and then healing. I cannot stress how powerful that healing is in dealing with aggro.

Marhsal ironthorn Combo piece with wasps and ascendant. Decent body and the ultimate is a potential game winner but getting to 15 power is a bit of a pipe dream. With ironthron on board wasp/ascendant immediately gets out of range of any damage based removal.

Riftfeeder wasp A broken card. its a 5 drop that draws you two cards. It also specifically takes the top two power so your next few cards almost guaranteed to be gas. This is your win con in many cases usually resulting in a 3 turn clock if the opponent doesn't have their own fliers. It is also your main answer to enemy fliers since nothing can get past this thing. Icaria can't even muscle past this once you have played a single power. This card generates advantage, is a win condition, and even if they remove it, you are still plus 2. Simply disgusting.

Mystic ascendant Your main payoff for ramping, turning power from wasp and adept into gas. Also is a win con but much worse at it than wasp.

Predatory carnosaur Key removal card. A lot of the times getting to 6 power and dropping a wasp/ascendant isn't enough since they don't impact the board state. Carnosaur is there for when you need to deal with threats especially aegis threats.

Stormhalt plating Plating is amazing in its versatility. Early on its another power you can play to avoid 2 power games. It's 2 armor is also very helpful for staying alive against aggro. Later on plating lets you snipe fliers to enable your wasps to swing for game and is also a wincon itself.

Martyr's chains The ultimate pay off card if you play this, as long as you aren't about to die, you win. Plunder fodder if you draw it to early. Would love to market this but unfortunately you cannot.

Market
The market i'm less sure of, shen-ra speaks , Talir, timeless and pit of lenka are all amazing cards but I wasn't too sure about the other cards Alessi's choice was specifically to deal with early fatties since its cheap removal and this deck can have problems with fatties early on. Stand together is great against board wipes but generally is hard to actually play since it's so expensive. If you guys have ideas for market cards I'd be glad to hear them.

Your odd costed cards are generally your ideal plays, while your even costed cards are your answers.

The ideal set up is Logistics expert->Combrei adept->wasp/marshal. This puts you at 5 power on turn 3 and with that you can spiral out of control. If a mana dork dies this is where you 2/4 drops come into play to buy you some time to ramp up the normal way. You generally don't want to play, wasp, marshal, ascendant as 5/6 drops but rather a turn later so they can get their empower effects off. Wasp you can play a bit more liberally as a 5 drop but since it is your main answer to fliers losing it to a torch can mean you die to fliers.

Basically no deck can beat you late so it's all about being efficient early so you don't get blown out by aggression. Don't get to hasty to drop a marshal/wasp when your opponent has a board set up already. In those situations if your 5 drop gets killed you can just die to their already established board. In these situations your ambush cards are key to controlling the board. As a general rule deal with the board first and then once thing's settle down go for your pay off.

I'd use more market acces for more reliable board wipe/answers. Also replace pit or talir with Uther or sword of unity (or both) for catching up.
Burden + Gnash is also possible market combo but since wasp came out I've been benching gnash

Thanks for the feed back, I agree that pit and talir felt like win more cards, if you ever resolve their effects you were probably winning hard already. I took your advice and added uther, sword of unity and burden.
Burden is the real winner since its infinite card draw late into the game vs talir that needs to attack, and if they remove a wasp you just laugh in exalted. Sword is really useful for allowing mystic ascendant to smash through boards and the lifesteal it provides is pretty clutch. I'm not too sure about queen but it is an instant board so it could be good in the aggro match ups still playing around with it. Really wish it would gain 6 when you played it.
