Love the concept of the deck! Best use of Spire since the nerf.
How do you get a turn 4 Kairos? Crack the Earth, Ark of Sol, Merchant, Eccentric, but you still need to drop Spire and draw Kairos after officer hits.
Worried I'm not optimizing the play here in a way I don't see.

I wouldn’t say that spire is worse than before, it’s definitely still amazing. Just have to build the deck around it differently. Old spire didn’t change units in market. Spire + officer has been amazing. Playing a 1 cost, 9 atk mage of the sands is pretty nice

My guess would be.

T2: Spire
T3: Crak the earth for Eccentric. Play eccentric
T4: Either draw Kairos or hit it with recruit.

Exactly. If you don’t have spire in hand with correct influence, play crack on t1. If you have FTS for t2 with spire (or calibrate) in hand, then wait to play crack for t3 EO
