Stonescar Spells Go Face

Created to punish Expedition decks that just play removal and relic weapons. It also works well enough against the other meta decks so you have a fair shot in those matchups.

Update: Trying out some very small balance tweaks. Draconic Looting has been reduced from 3 copies to 2 copies because it was drawing itself too often. Vara's Favor has been removed because we already get power easily enough and only need 1 shadow anyway. Execute has been reduced from 3 copies to 2 copies because it is too situational if you get stuck holding more than one in hand. Shadowcreeper has been added to help against the many units with Aegis in the current meta, as well as provide an additional way to remove enemy units in the late game when we probably have excess power cards in hand.
