Pretty simple. Play efficient threats, pump them up and give them all aegis. Play Finest Hour or Aamri's Choice on Intrepid Longhorn for a nice ramp combo (the sigil is undepleted, too).

He's always felt really weak to me without the proper support. And I'm not sure what I would cut.
