Have you been satisfied with 4x Reconnaissance? It's certainly a serious beating with Verro or Inquisitor but it's quite poor when you're behind. Going down to 2x might not be the worst thing.

Also, you probably want more Emblems, since they're super easy-to-get Decimate triggers.
