Information

This is a version of the Evenhanded Golem and Vara's Sanctum decks that I have been working on for Gauntlet. There are definitely some choices that don't make sense for Throne here. The latest tech that I've been liking is having the new and improved Eye of Winter. It helps for holding off a lot of decks until you manage to get your Sanctum combo online. The other differences that I think are worth sharing are using;
-Dreamsnatcher, who can win games instantly through mill if he lives with the Tome for a couple of turns
-Parry, which makes the game surprisingly complex and fun especially when the user can't just kill things with deadly. I always enjoy finding a way to make it a three for one trade when I attack into a double block with Dreamsnatcher and Parry into the 2 health exausted unit. This gives you enough health to then live the double block. Always an exhilarating moment when I spot it.
-Lightning Storm/Torrential Downpour over Eremot's Design, This gives us one more sweaper total against the really litte decks where it matter the most like Rising Up. In addition, they can be used in concert to give us reach to three/four health units when used together or with units. Even five health guys when Vara doesn't get to grow.

Some tips, be patient with this one. Never use your removal when your units can be sacrificed to take the opponent with you. The AI will almost always take your Golems into 2/2's and your 3/3 Vara into 3/3's. That is good for this deck. The longer the game goes the better it is for you. Remember to get your power as high as possible and steal as many cards as you can with the Tome. Then throw their unit's(preferably Sanctum boosted, but not necessary) into their own units. Even if you don't hit their face, remember that you are doing deck damage with the Tome every time. One of the reasons that I like this version of mill so much is that there are multiple gameplans and you deck them about half the time.

If you have any subs that you find effective, I would love to hear it.
