"Not Optimized" indeed, I'm at about a 10% win rate as-built. I was constantly getting power flood, so I dropped two or three sigils in favor of a few Tinker's Apprentice and had a bit more luck. Unfortunately, this deck seems really weak to any kind of removal (as you typically only get one, maybe two heavy hitters out and buffed up), and aggro (since it's so slow to get off the ground).

It has potential though.
