The ShiftstonedEternal Power Calculator is a deck-building tool that visualizes your odds of drawing enough Influence and Power based specifically on the cards found in your deck.
Been having fun with this deck today (-1 Scourge, +1 Eilyn's). Went 20-4 from Rank 400 to 99. It was mostly skycrag aggro, hooru midrange and FTP which this deck has a great time controlling!
Permafrost and palace in market? Imo that should be eilyn's choice and hailstorm, with more eilyn's choice main. Perma is just bad with palace existing, and fetching palace is more of a way to win which SoF does better and even channel does better. The build looks weak to midrange with fewer ways to deal with it than usually, but I'm no expert. Opinions?
I used Eilyn's choice from D3 to D1 but was facing many SS aggro decks. Permafrost helped there but easily the most replaceable card from the market.
Palace is busted. Especially since you dont want to merchant at turn 3 or 4(i prefer wisdom/privilege, honor the claws) T5 Merchant which sticks, followed by palace is great. and overall having the palace on demand helps the deck a lot. Felt much more consistent.
Speaking of midrange, they almost always have to 2 for 1 in order to deal with your threats. Almost all the games i lost, I lost to hyper aggro where i didn't open with defiance/hailstorms.
That's quite interesting actually, since I have a theory about how aggro has disappeared from 600+ rank masters. As people get more and more "greedy" by including cards to deal with mid/controlling enemies they neglect the removal needed to stop aggro (I experienced this while messing around I dropped to ~rank 800 and when I switched to "strong" decks to rank up I started losing to aggro).
I agree that palace is absolutely busted.
Edit: lol I remember a game where I dropped amilli, blocked a huge flyer and slammed palace. Game over, 8/12 flying endurance aegis is broken who knew?
