Investigated this and while it's not explicitly stated anywhere in the game or for the event, a deck evidently needs 10 non-power cards with X influence on them to count toward the hero (so, Triumphant Stranger needs 10 non-power cards of each faction.) I apologize, and we'll fix up the deck. (Edit: Fixed.) In the meantime, I'd contact DWD support and explain that it let you lock in a combo that wasn't permissible; they'll likely refund the run.
