An At Any Cost combo deck disguised as a mill deck that uses Felrauk the Outcast and Tome of Horrors to turn on nice things like Savage Incursion. Since so many of the cards that I use discard, Felrauk is an added bonus. He turns on Incursion and so does Silverblade Menace. This deck does a bunch of different things that don't seem to go together but surprisingly it works.
