This is the deck that I played in the Spring Throne Championship this weekend. I didn't do well, but several other people got the deck from me and made T64 (including mgallop making T4), and I thought I'd post it myself and write a few words about it.
The deck is fairly difficult to play because it has a lot of card selection (Strategize, Smuggler, Sprite, Honor) and a lot of cards that vary in value depending on circumstances or can be used in many different ways. Unstable is the most obvious of those - it's an echo card to put back or discard with Strat/Smuggler/Sprite/Honor, or you can use it to try to upgrade your own units (Felrauk is the best target, but also using it on Blightmoth Shade, Smuggler, or Cloudsnakes from Mother of Skies can be good), or you can use it to try to downgrade opposing units. You also have a lot of cheap cards along with Lightning Sprite, so you often get to do multiple things in a turn and thus have many options each turn.
Possibly the part of the deck that I'm most proud of is the Transpose/Silverblade Menace combo in the market. It isn't a secret that Silverblade Menace is a good market card, but having the option to market for Transpose and then use the Transpose to market for Menace takes it to another level. If you are trying to burn your opponent out with Menace, this effectively means that your Menace either ignores faegis or does 2 extra damage, while if you are trying to stabilize against enemy burn with Menace, this means that your Menace comes with faegis.
