Ok so I finished 10 full runs with it and didn’t make any swaps, never grabbed anything out of the market other than shrine and stranger, so those other spots are untested but this still feels very strong, power base was a bit of an issue, unsure how to improve it much.

As for power, Maybe diplomatic seal shoud be replaced by more paintings/banners. My goals are for all powers to be undepleted and getting one of each faction consistemtly. Im not sure how best to achieve that myself.
