This is completely untested, but we finally have all 10 smugglers, which means I get to do even stupider things with this deck. Losing the mono-faction merchants lets us go back up to 47 power to abuse the redraw mechanic even harder, and Xo remains from my previous version of the deck as Black Market food
The ShiftstonedEternal Power Calculator is a deck-building tool that visualizes your odds of drawing enough Influence and Power based specifically on the cards found in your deck.
More seriously speaking, this deck is kinda nuts. It's ludicrously consistent, with a near-guarantee of being able to do the exact same thing every game. So long as you keep an eye on when the game pauses so that you know if they have a fast spell, there's very little that can stop you. Chump blocking with the smugglers is enough to hold off aggro, control never stands a chance, and no other OTK, as far as I'm aware, can get its pieces so consistently (though some can do it faster with a little luck, so it doesn't win that matchup every time). The problem is that the new set added some market hate cards, which I expect will see a lot of play soon and ruin this deck's entire gameplan.
We've always scooped to Teacher and Ponysnatcher, and now Embargo Officer can be added to the list. I sometimes wonder if Purify is better than Quarry in the Black Market, since it's so unlikely to play a game in which we never find a time Smuggler in this new build, which makes waiting to go off on 6 Power even more rare
Teacher I find can be dealt with fine so long as you go first (which would be necessary to stop it with marketed purify anyway), but a purify would certainly be handy for ponysnatchers. For embargo though, purify in the market is too late to make any real difference. What could make a difference, though, is Unstable Form. Run it in place of Xo as our market food, and it handily counters all three (though shift on embargo is still a nuisance, nothing to be done about that one). As for the other new market hate, Bam, Sneakeepeekee is essentially impossible to keep from wrecking your market, but I think that Incendiary Slagmite will be beat by this - going by the card text, the slagmite transforms the card only once the market is next pulled from, so if it's gone by then, it won't transform. EDIT: Nope. No such luck, transformed anyway, so unstable form is only useful for teacher, ponysnatcher and embargo - but those seem to be the ones that stand the test of time, while bam and slagmite feel meh.
...I've yet to lose once...
